Current & Past News

This is The Source.  The leading source of news and information on home inspection in Kentucky, by far, is the Professional Learning Institute’s newsletter.

PLI is the oldest home inspection training institute in Kentucky, with roots going back to the United States Home Inspection Academy that Lorri founded in Connecticut in 1993. It was approved by the state of Connecticut years before licensing began in Kentucky.
PLI has been covering the field since licensing home inspectors began in Kentucky in 2006 and it was the first license training provider approved in the state.

The public newsletter is packed with developments and facts of general interest. Subscribers are welcome. It is a free service of PLI to the public and the profession. A newsletter with more details and professional updates is available for PLI alums. Past issues are archived here. For more information, PLI welcomes your inquiries and always stands ready to help.
