64 Hours 815 KAR 6:010 1001-001 Home Inspector Pre-License Training; face-to-face in classroom and out in the field: 5 hrs Electrical; 3 hrs General Residential; 6 hrs HVAC; 6 hrs Kentucky Law & Contracts; 3 hrs Manufactured Housing; 4 hrs Plumbing; 6 hrs Roofs; 6 hrs SOPs; 9 hrs Structure; 16 hrs On-Site/Lab Inspecting.

Are there still spaces available for the July 18th course? Will this course cover everything I need to become licensed? I know there is a state test and I have to do three inspection afterwards. Also, are there any additional costs like text books or tools I need to buy? Thanks!

I just registered for the pre-license course on July 18th… I hope! Will I get a conformation?
