64 Hours 831 KAR 2:040 HI 1001-001 Home Inspector Pre-License Training; face-to-face in classroom and out in the field:  2 hrs Manufactured Housing;  12 hrs Standards of Practice, KRS 198B. 700 to 198B. 738  and KAR Chapter 2, Contracts, Report writing, and Communications;  6 hrs Exterior, Roofing, Insulation, and Ventilation;  9 hrs Structure and Interior;  9 hrs Electrical and Plumbing;  6 hrs Heating and Air Conditioning;   16 hrs Field Training;  3 hrs General Residential Construction;  1 hr Environmental hazards, Mitigation, Water quality, and indoor air quality; .  All classes begin at 8am EST and end at 5pm EST, unless otherwise scheduled on specific days (weekends included).   KBHI Provider # 167425;  KCPE License No. R-0403.
